What size should I order?
Our tees are Gildan 64000 and run true to size, so order the size you normally wear. Our hoodies are Cotton Heritage M2580 and run small, so order one size up. The size guide has exact measurements for both.
How long does an order take to arrive?
Every shirt is printed to order. Allow 2 to 5 business days for production, then standard shipping time on top of that. Shipping is free on orders over $75.
Where are the shirts printed?
In the USA. Every order is printed and fulfilled domestically, which is what keeps quality and delivery times consistent.
What are the shirts made of?
Tees are Gildan 64000 Softstyle at 4.5 oz, 100% ring spun cotton in most colors. Two exceptions: Sport Grey is 90% cotton and 10% polyester, and Dark Heather is 65% polyester and 35% cotton. Hoodies are Cotton Heritage M2580, with a 100% cotton face over a 65% cotton and 35% polyester body.
What is your 30 day return policy?
If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How do I start a return?
Contact our support team through the contact form within 30 days of receiving your package. Include your order number, the items you want to return, and a brief reason for the return.
Which items cannot be refunded?
Sale items bought during a clearance or discount event, digital gift cards, and custom or limited edition products. We also cannot accept items sent back without contacting support first.
Can I exchange a shirt for a different size?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead we issue a full refund or a store coupon code, so you can re-order the correct size or a different design straight away.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we process the refund to your original payment method. You will get an email as soon as it has been credited.
Which payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, Visa and Mastercard. Checkout is secured, and your card details are never stored on our site.
