These are the rules for using funnyworktees.com and buying from us. Using the site means you accept them.
We have kept them as short and as readable as we can. If you disagree with any of it, please do not use the site. Last updated: August 30, 2026.
The basics
- Who we are: FunnyWorkTees, an online store selling work humor apparel, printed and shipped inside the United States.
- Who can buy: you need to be at least 18 years old to order from us.
- Where we sell: the United States only.
- Changes: we can update these terms at any time. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date above tells you when it last moved. Carrying on using the site after a change means you accept it.
What you are buying
- Made to order. Nothing here sits in a warehouse. Your shirt is printed after you order it, which is why production takes 2 to 5 business days before it ships. Full detail is in the Shipping Policy.
- Product descriptions. We work hard to keep sizing, fabric and print details accurate, and we correct mistakes when we find them. We cannot promise every description and image on the site is complete and error free.
- Colors on screen. Screens vary. A garment color can look slightly different in daylight than it did on your monitor, and that difference on its own is not a defect.
- Availability. Designs, colors and sizes can change or sell out without notice.
Orders and payment
- Your order is an offer. We can accept or decline it. If we decline, you are not charged, or you are refunded in full.
- Cancellations. Placing an order sends it straight into production with our print partner, so we cannot cancel or change it after checkout. What you can do is send it back: you have 30 days from delivery under the Refund and Returns Policy.
- Address accuracy. The shipping address you enter is the one we print on the label. Check it before you pay.
- Payment. We take PayPal, Visa and Mastercard. Payment is taken in full before anything is printed. We never store your card details on this site.
- Prices and tax. Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Sales tax and shipping are added at checkout, and the total you approve is the total you pay.
- Obvious pricing errors. If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfill it.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery times, shipping costs and the free shipping threshold live in the Shipping Policy. Your 30 day return window, what we can take back, and how refunds work live in the Refund and Returns Policy. Both of those pages form part of these terms.
If your order turns up damaged, misprinted, or is simply the wrong item, tell us as soon as you open the box and we will put it right.
Our designs and this website
- Ownership. The designs, artwork, product photos, text, logos and trademarks on this site belong to FunnyWorkTees or to the people who license them to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
- What you may do. Browse the site, and wear what you buy wherever you like. Buying a shirt buys you the shirt.
- What you may not do. Copy, reprint, resell or redraw our designs, scrape the site, or pass our artwork off as your own.
- Your reviews and photos. Anything you post on the site stays yours, but you give us permission to show it on our site and channels alongside the product it refers to.
Your privacy
What we collect, who we share it with, how long we keep it and how to get it deleted are all set out in the Privacy Policy. If anything on this page appears to conflict with it, the Privacy Policy governs how we handle your data.
Warranties and liability
- The site as it is. This website and its contents are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent the law allows. We cannot promise the site is always available or always free of errors.
- Limit on liability. Our liability for any claim connected to this website or a product you bought is limited to what you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
- Indemnity. If your use of the site, or your breach of these terms, causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the cost of it.
- If one clause fails. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still stands.

Almost every problem is a five minute fix once a human reads it. Before anything escalates, message us through the contact form with your order number. We answer within 72 hours, and we would much rather fix an order than argue about one.
