Thirty days. If the shirt is not right, tell us and we will make it right.
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to start a return, for any reason at all. Wrong fit, wrong color in daylight, or it turned out to be less funny in the office than it was in your cart. All of those count.
How to start a return
Send us three things through the contact form:
- Your order number
- Which items you want to send back
- A one line reason, so we can spot patterns and fix them
Someone replies within 72 hours with the return address and step by step instructions. Please wait for that reply before you mail anything. A package that turns up without prior authorization cannot be processed, because there is no way to match an unannounced package to your order.
What we can take back
Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in the condition they arrived in. Trying it on is expected. Wearing it to work for a week is not.
These cannot be returned:
- Items bought during a clearance or discount event
- Digital gift cards
- Custom or limited edition prints, unless there is a real defect or a printing error
If something arrived wrong
Damaged in transit, a crooked or faded print, or the wrong item in the box: message us as soon as you open it and attach a photo. That one is on us, not on you. We will reprint it or refund it, whichever you would rather have, and it does not eat into your 30 days.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us and we have checked it over, the money goes back to the card or PayPal account you paid with. Expect it within 10 business days of your return reaching our returns address, and we will email you the moment it is sent. Your bank then needs a few days of its own to post it to your statement, which is the part nobody can speed up.
If 15 business days have gone by since we confirmed your refund was approved and your statement still shows nothing, contact us and we will trace it.
Exchanges: we do it backwards on purpose
We do not run direct swaps. Mailing a medium across the country to get a large back takes two trips and most of a month.
Instead we refund you in full, or send you a store coupon for the same value if you prefer, and you re-order the size or design you actually want right away. Your replacement starts printing immediately rather than waiting in line behind a package. Same outcome, roughly half the wait.
How to skip all of this
Sizing is why most shirts come back. Our tees are Gildan 64000 and run true to size, so order what you normally wear. Our hoodies are Cotton Heritage M2580 and run small, so go one size up. The size guide has the measurements for both, and two minutes with a tape measure beats two weeks of mailing a package around.
