Every shirt is printed for you after you order it, then shipped from inside the USA. Here is exactly how long that takes and what it costs.
How long it takes
Two stages, and the second one only starts when the first one finishes:
- Printing: 2 to 5 business days. Nothing is sitting in a warehouse waiting. Your shirt does not exist until you order it.
- Delivery: 2 to 7 business days after it leaves the print shop, depending on how far it has to travel.
Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days of the day you place them. Checkout shows you a delivery estimate for your own address before you pay, so you are never guessing.
Business days are Monday to Friday. We do not print on weekends or public holidays, so an order placed on Friday night starts printing on Monday.
What it costs
- Standard shipping: from $4.95, priced by what is in your cart
- Carbon offset shipping: a few cents more, if you want the delivery emissions covered
- Orders of $75 or more: free. No code needed, it applies itself at checkout
The $75 is measured on your subtotal before any coupon, so a discount code will not knock you back under the line.
Your exact rate appears at checkout as soon as you enter your address. We do not offer an express, overnight, or signature required service.
Where we ship
The United States only, all 50 states. Everything is printed and fulfilled domestically, which is what keeps the quality and the delivery times consistent. We do not ship internationally yet, so there are no customs forms and no import fees to worry about.
Tracking your order
You get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with a tracking number the moment your package ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start showing movement after the carrier’s first scan. That gap is normal and is not a sign that anything has gone wrong.
If tracking has not updated in five business days, contact us and we will chase the carrier for you.
When something goes wrong
- Check your address before you pay. Once printing has started we cannot redirect a package.
- Undeliverable packages come back to us. We will email you, and reship as soon as you confirm a corrected address.
- Damaged, misprinted, or the wrong item? Tell us as soon as you open the box and we will replace it or refund it. See the Refund and Returns Policy.
- Delivery dates are estimates. Weather, carrier backlogs and holiday season volume can add days, and those sit outside our control.
One thing to do before you order
Get the size right the first time and none of the above matters twice. Our tees are Gildan 64000 and run true to size, so order what you normally wear. Our hoodies are Cotton Heritage M2580 and run small, so go one size up. The size guide has the measurements for both.
